Purchases outside of the 14 Days Money Back Guarantee are generally non-refundable. In case of ongoing subscription, you can cancel it any time to avoid getting charged in the future or until you renew it. If you have more than one ongoing subscription, you will need to cancel them individually.

If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
